2001 Lightning w/ 5lb pulley racing a 2007 Supercharged Roush 427R mustang. I was on a trip in GA and saw this guy in the Roush at the gas station. We bagan to talk and he asked if I wanted to race. He was very confident and was a little suprised when he was beat by a truck!

@stuntrider15 look it up on wikipedia dude there are MULTIPLE SOURCES and articles that have clocked times like that. z06's will do 11.5-11.7s. once again proving you don't know squat. ford originially rated the cars at 390 hp/tq for the cobras. so ... where are you getting your information? besides you are taking the slowest zo6 vs the fastest cobra ... likes I said.

The only Corvette close to 11.5 in the 1/4 is the ZR-1, but the modded Hennessy could hardly break 11.00. It was @ 10.9.. Even the Svt L hits easy mid 12 in 1/4 w/ just cold air,safe tune & good tires. Im sure Svt Termi will be a true performer ...

Plus I dont think every1 is like Jay Leno who wants to drive 100% stock.. Little work on a 5.4 SC Lightning hits low 10. even 9 w little juice , TT=low 8-7 1/4 et. So 03-04 Cobras are way to go for speed w/ few bolt ons. If you like to stay stock get ZR-1
