Not really. America has already made the cobra pulling nearly identical ratings the 370z has.last cobra made is pretty old now. Second, this engine is rather old. I mean 10 years man and cars are only barely beating it or not at all

@msufan8854 ~ well msu that is purely opinion, and not fact. Hyundai's CEO said that Genesis Coupe sales are "simply smoking" and sales for Hyundai are up nearly 4fold as quoted by the nytimes. I know a lot of people that want a genesis more than a mustang.

*You're a fan I do like Hyundai, and I am starting to become a fan. That doesn't impair my judgment from rationalization lol. I am not a fan of subjective rationalization. A friend recently bought a silver genesis coupe; it really made an impression on our group of friends. It was fast solid, and very sexy... drive in one and maybe you can be a "fan" too.

All three are great cars...I've driven all of them briefly (borrowed or rented), and I loved each one of them! They are three totally different cars, so it really is just a matter of taste. The Mustang will always have a place in my heart, though...it reminds me of a big, friendly dog that one loves whether it makes first in show or not! It's just got so much character! :) But I am fast becoming a fan of Hyundai, and I always loved Nissan....

I know this place that sell super chargers for GT mustangs that put an extra 200 HP for like 7 000. Which would be cool to have a GT with 515 HP like a Shelby GT500

You say that ´cause maybe you are closer to afford a car of that price or you own onem but there´s people who dream in actually own a car, even if its 5k or less, not all the people can think about getting an expensive car, because there are many other priorities that they think about, like givin their familie s the best they can...anyway the car that I dream is a Ferrari :P, an R8 maybe, but being realistic I want a mustang gt so bad at this moment, my a3 is getting old :( hahaha

I just don't understand these car companies. Take a small car like the genesis, give it a really nice interior like vw or audi, give it a good chassis like 370z, make a large-ish DOHC V8 4.5-5.0 liters similar design to honda's K and F series heads on top. you'd have a damn near 500hp N/A beast in a nice extremely well balanced car. well the closest thing to all that is the new M3 and it's like 70 grand. But why won't hyundai make something like that for like 35 grand? I'd buy it.
